Abstract:

The presentation is meant to provide an introduction and a few updates on K-REACH and its amendments from the perspective of a service provider. Following the end of pre-registration on Jun 30th, 2019, late pre-registration and full registration continue to alert manufacturers and importers that K-REACH registration is not completed yet and supply chain will be impacted if registration approval is not acquired for a given deadline. In the meantime, registrants are encouraged to submitted data jointly, therefore they will be informed to register consortia, participate in data sharing and choose consortium role. It’s important for manufacturers and importers understand how to fulfill their registration obligations after completing pre- or late pre-registration and how an Only Representative can help.
