Amid heightened public and regulatory scrutiny, it is important for companies to be aware of the toxicity of the chemicals they market.  With the backdrop of increasing access to chemical toxicity information, this Forum topic will discuss strategies for proactively managing chemical portfolios to avoid unexpected "toxicity surprises" that can trigger business disruptions and product liability claims.
