This is an introduction to the regulatory framework of chemical management compliance in Chile. The course is designed to provide an overview of the governing laws, regulations, including publications in the daily or national gazette.

Objectives of the course

• Legal requirements and compliance for effective management of non-hazardous and hazardous/toxic chemicals throughout chemical life cycles
