SCHC is pleased to present the 2024 Annual Meeting in-person at the Omni Charlotte Hotel in Charlotte, North Carolina, on September 21-26. This multi-day conference is open to members and non-members.  During the Annual Meeting, you will have the opportunity to hear from an esteemed slate of speakers during our general plenary sessions as well as learn from the subject matter experts teaching our professional development courses. You’ll also be invited to participate in a reception in our Exhibitor Hall where you’ll have the opportunity to view vendor booths as well as posters on HazCom hot topics. For anyone excited to explore Charlotte, NC, our Member Engagement Committee will be planning a variety of fun networking adventures across the city. Of course, the most important feature of all is making real peer-to-peer connections with each other!
 

The Early Bird Discount is available until August 2, 2024:   Members: $552        Nonmembers: $682

   After August 2, 2024:   Members: $652        Nonmembers: $782

It's easy to become a member or renew a lapsed membership before you register for the Annual Meeting and/or the professional development courses offered during this conference.  Learn how at Become a Member.

Registration Deadline:  August 23.  Registration will remain open until meeting rooms reach capacity, at which time registration will be grayed out. Registration will continue to be accepted based on availability. Contact SCHC if registration is grayed out.

Cancelation Policy: No refunds after August 2, 2024 

Beware of SCAMS —No one from the Hotel or any other organization will contact you to solicit reservations.  Please ignore them and book your hotel reservation directly with the hotel.
